01
Using the platform
A clear agreement from the beginning.
- These Terms describe the conditions for accessing outbid.dubai, viewing its leaderboard, submitting a public business listing, and using related features.
- By continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms, our Rules, and our Privacy Policy, to the extent each applies to the feature you use.
- A listing purchase creates a one-time digital leaderboard placement only after the payment provider confirms a completed transaction.
- If you do not accept the applicable conditions, do not submit a listing or complete checkout.
02
What outbid.dubai provides
Visibility, not a guaranteed result.
- outbid.dubai is designed as a public visibility platform for Dubai- and UAE-relevant brands, companies, startups, professionals, restaurants, real-estate businesses, and other eligible listings.
- When paid ranking features become available, a listing’s displayed position will be determined by its confirmed amount and the publicly explained ranking rules.
- A position on the board is not an independent review, government certification, consumer award, investment recommendation, or endorsement of the listed business.
- We do not promise visitors, clicks, customers, leads, sales, profits, fixed exposure, search-engine placement, or continued ownership of any specific rank.
03
Eligibility and authorization
Represent only what you have the right to represent.
- You should be at least 18 years old and able to accept the obligations associated with the service.
- If you act for a company, startup, professional practice, or client, you confirm that you have authority to submit and represent that business.
- You may submit only a website, profile, brand, or destination you own, control, or have permission to represent.
- You are responsible for ensuring your submitted information is accurate, current, and not impersonating another person, authority, or organization.
04
Dubai and UAE business standards
Responsible representation in the local market.
- Businesses remain responsible for the licenses, professional registrations, promotional approvals, and disclosures required for their own activities.
- This is especially relevant to sectors such as property, investment, financial services, healthcare, education, tourism, and other activities that may be regulated.
- Advertising claims should be truthful. Do not misrepresent guaranteed outcomes, official endorsements, real-estate availability, credentials, prices, or customer results.
- Listings must respect applicable UAE requirements, community expectations, intellectual-property rights, consumer interests, and the privacy of other people.
- A listing may not imply affiliation with a government body, public authority, or recognizable brand without appropriate authorization.
05
Pricing and payments
The amount and available rank stay visible before checkout.
- Displayed prices use AED. The current published starting amount is AED 50, and claiming the leading position requires at least AED 50 above the current highest eligible amount.
- Checkout is processed by Paddle. Leaderboard values remain displayed in AED, while the checkout shows the calculated USD equivalent before payment.
- The total checkout amount, payment provider, confirmation process, and relevant conditions are shown before the customer completes payment.
- A ranking position becomes active only after Paddle confirms a completed transaction and the listing passes applicable platform checks.
- Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy and remains subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
06
Unacceptable content and conduct
Protect the quality of the board.
- Do not submit adult content, sexual services, gambling, unlawful products, counterfeit goods, prohibited substances, or other destinations unsuitable for a public Dubai-focused platform.
- Direct links to private chats, messaging groups, invitation channels, suspicious redirects, deceptive link shorteners, phishing pages, or malware are not eligible.
- Do not impersonate businesses, use someone else’s brand without permission, invent endorsements, generate artificial clicks, or interfere with another listing.
- Scraping beyond normal use, automated submissions without authorization, technical interference, abuse of security protections, or attempts to manipulate rankings are prohibited.
07
Moderation and removal
Quality standards apply at every rank.
- We may inspect, decline, edit, recategorize, restrict, hide, or remove a listing that appears misleading, unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with published platform standards.
- A higher amount does not override safety review, business eligibility, rights complaints, or content restrictions.
- We may temporarily limit access or visibility while checking a complaint, technical incident, disputed identity, or suspicious activity.
- Financial consequences associated with paid listings are addressed through the checkout terms, our Refund Policy, and applicable mandatory rights.
08
Brands, content and permissions
Identification is not ownership.
- When you submit a listing, you confirm we may display the public name, description, URL, category, recognizable logo, or other authorized identifiers reasonably needed to present it.
- Third-party names and marks remain with their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the listed destination and does not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
- You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for any business names, images, descriptions, testimonials, or other materials you submit.
- The outbid.dubai name, original interface, and service presentation may not be used in a misleading way or to suggest our endorsement of another business.
09
Availability, responsibility and changes
A developing service, described honestly.
- The service is provided on an available basis and may be updated, interrupted, restricted, or changed while the product develops.
- External business websites, social profiles, payment providers, and third-party services remain responsible for their own content, availability, and policies.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or particular commercial results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- We may update ranking methods, categories, eligibility standards, policies, and these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the published version.
- Support is available through the published Contact page, and checkout conditions are presented before payment.
